Creamy Pumpkin Soup

 I'm a big fan of soup, especially creamy soup. Since, now it's season of the pumpkin I cooked Creamy Pumpkin Soup and have to say that... I love it. It's very easy to prepare and you only need just a few ingredients:
 600g pumpkin, peeled
 1 onion
 1 potato
 2 carrots
 2 garlic cloves
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 1/2 nutmeg, to serve
 750ml chicken soup
 125ml pure cream
 4 slices wholemeal seeded bread

In a saucepan heat the oil, over medium heat. Add garlic with peel and cook for 1-2 minutes until soft, then remove from the pot. Add onion, vegetables chopped and nutmeg, then toss to coat. Add chicken soup and then bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 25 - 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Transfer all to a blender, with the garlic (without peel) and process it until smooth. Return soup to the saucepan and place over low heat.
Served with homemade croutons, then drizzle with extra oil and top with seeds (if you have, unfortunately, I forgot to buy :( ).

Fashion Icon... Poppy Delevingne

Born in 1986, Delevingne grew up in London's Mayfair with her parents, property developer Charles and Selfridges stylist Pandora, and sisters, Chloe and Cara.
As a teenager, she was discovered and signed by Storm Model Management founder, Sarah Doukas.
Anya Hindmarch, Burberry, Louis Vuitton and Julien McDonald are just a few of the brands she has worked with. She is also a brand ambassador for Chanel.

In 2008, Delevingne moved to New York where she stayed in the Duchess of York's apartment before sharing a flat with actress Sienna Miller. As well as modelling, she took acting classes and, in 2009, appeared alongside Gemma Arterton and Tom Hardy in a short film, Liberty.
Delevingne was chosen to front Mango autumn/winter 2010 campaign.

In September 2011, she became Young Ambassador for the British Fashion Council.

She was the face of Alberta Ferretti's Forever Bridal Collection in 2011 and in 2012 Delevingne became a muse for Marc Jacobs when he first noticed her during Paris Fashion Week and asked her to be the face of his Louis Vuitton spring/summer 2012 campaign.

She currently divides her time between LA, New York, Sydney and London.

Bright yellow

I've always loved autumn for its gorgeous colors, for the bright yellow leaves, for the red accents and the contrast of the trees with the clear blue sky. It seems to me that this is the perfect season when you can match all kind of clothes with different texture and colors.
